It’s been an absolute pleasure having Tania sell our property. Despite the market being slow and a dip in pricing, her experience brought her confidence to the fore, not arrogance but a knowledge of what is working and what isn’t. She had all the contacts to get some fix-ups, staging, photos and marketing nailed and was patient while we dealt with some touch ups ourselves and insurance slowness. Tania provided regular updates from the interest and Open Homes and we never felt like we didn’t know what was happening or that we had no control. In the end, we were under contract in two weeks, unconditional one week later and settled in four weeks! Yippee!! We would 100% use Tania again in the future.

When we decided to sell our house on the peninsula, we were recommended John by the son of a friend of ours and we were very impressed with the dedication he showed in selling our house. We put it on the market in the middle of August and it sold at the end of October. We were honest with him regarding our maximum price and he managed to get this offer accepted for us. We purchased 4 years ago from John and he was the only choice to sell when we decided to move on. John had a clear plan of action and various tools to help achieve the desired result. Communication was brilliant, fast and and regular and he went beyond the expected call of duty to assist us with fixes, display, 'issues' to assist the sales process. Johns positive and calm approach was one of the key stand outs. As the market became more volatile and we became stressed, John raised our spirits or numerous occasions with a simple phone call. John does not come across as the 'typical' agent and has a relatable approach which was why we felt comfortable buying through him initially and again selling recently.
