Extremely impressed with John and his attention to detail in selling our home. John is the ultimate real estate agent our opinion. We engaged with John after our great experience with him in 2017. Thank goodness we did as with the challenges that 2023 have presented in the real estate market (including listing our house on the day of the first Auckland weather event) John's experience in "good and bad" markets was critical for the sale of our house. John managed to keep us positive, and buyers interested throughout a very long campaign. I don't think it ever took John more than an hour to get back to us with our queries (and counselling!) and his advice was always spot on. We are looking forward to celebrating the sale of our house with John who throughout this process has become a great friend.
