Really friendly, great communication, professional

Hugo was so good to work with. He knew a lot about the market and always kept a positive attitude with us. If we had any concerns or queries, he was quick to phone us and talk us through what was going on and always explained things really well. Hugo is very approachable and easy to communicate with, so I didn't feel bad going to him with all my little questions. Right from the start, everything was clearly explained to us, including a calendar with potential timelines, the different options we had, who would be doing what, and what different outcomes might look like. We had never sold a house before and were feeling a little overwhelmed at times, but Hugo (and the whole Hartles team) were so patient and made us feel comfortable and confident in what we were doing. This was particularly important later on when it felt like the market was not going in our favour and we started to wonder if the house would sell, but Hugo always kept communication lines open and worked for us organising lots of open homes and following up all potential leads to finally find our buyer. I would 100% recommend Hugo to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
