SELLING a house can be filled with many highs and lows. However for ourselves the journey was made stressless with Wei Sen Chow and his team. They were respectful, listened, understood our needs resulting in exceptional marketing. We can highly recommend Wei Sen Chow and his team for their professionalism and passion in Real estate and where, as a client you will be looked after to the highest of standards.

It was a real pleasure to have Richard as our agent, guiding us through this stressful process. He was always available and on hand to answer any queries we had. Thank you Richard and your team for delivering on your promises!

We would recommend Richard and his team to anyone. We sold our first home and purchased a new home (within 48 hours) through Rich and the results more than exceeded our expectations. From the outset he made us feel like family, and gave us great advice throughout the process. Thanks for handling hubby's many demands with patience and humour.

Wei Sen was referred to us by friends and we were already aware of his outstanding reputation. From our initial meeting with him our minds were put at ease that we had made the right decision. Wei Sen showed genuine interest in our family, he took the time to get to know us and understand our goals for selling our home and moving to the next chapter of completing a new build. He was respectful of our home and could appreciate all of the efforts we have put into improving it over the years. We could see he would go the extra mile to get the best possible outcome for us. Wei Sen & Co’s professionalism is what stood out for us, the sales strategies and marketing materials were impeccable. We were given realistic expectations and honest communications along the way. The team were friendly and easy to deal with, everything ran like clockwork. The way they showcased our home made us proud to see our hard work and vision shown in the best possible light. With a limited number of listings at any one time we never felt like we were just another number. Wei Sen & Co put the extra time and focus, not just on our house sale, but on us as their clients. We had regular check-ins to see how the family was and see how we were all feeling about the process. The team shared in our nerves and excitement. The personal touches were really appreciated, we wouldn’t have changed a thing.

We first met Richard at open homes, during our year-long search for the “right” house to downsize into. To start with, we were struggling to figure out what we really wanted. Richard was always cheerful and helpful although he knew this wasn’t the one. Then one day, there it was! Richard put the time in to show us around. But it was lockdown, auctions were by phone and we needed help. He laid out a clear approach to the purchase, and, yippy, we were successful! Then the hard work started – moving out, preparing our current house and getting it on the market within 2 weeks, a quick campaign and then to auction. Throughout this process Richard clearly laid out the options, and once we selected an option he kept us well informed. During this 5 weeks of action, we were eternally grateful for Richard’s help, reassurance, honesty and that cheery smile to keep us going. He always made us feel we were his Number One clients. Now it is us with the big smile as we settle into this downsized new life.

Richard and his team were a fantastic support, from advice around presenting our home to the intricacies of disclosures and conditions. The photos were beautiful, the marketing was on point, and after a week we were presented with numerous offers that blew my mind. Richard then helped us find our new home. There were ups and downs but in the end we landed a gorgeous home which was beyond our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the support and guidance Richard provided.

Wei Sen has the perfect balance of effortlessly professional and extremely personable. As first time sellers we felt really looked after the whole way through. Wei Sen’s team were brilliant to deal with, we had a young baby and they were always happy to work around us. Honestly, we can’t think of a negative experience the whole way through. Once sold we were on cloud 9. We were and continue to be so grateful to Wei Sen for the amazing effort and result.

Richard gave us an immediate sense of confidence understanding and trust with his demeanour and knowledge of all things Real Estate. Richard and his team carefully guided us through the process of selling while advising us on helpful ideas to enhance the profile of our house. Richard is a very positive realtor but he doesn’t inflate the expectation of price buyer interest and ultimately a SOLD result.

Wei Sen and his team are very professional, attentive to detail and very easy to communicate with. We found Wei Sen to be very honest, reliable and trustworthy. He kept us up to date, leaving no question unanswered throughout the whole campaign. We would highly recommend Wei Sen to anyone considering selling their home!
