Above and Beyond

I was referred to Murray through a work contact. As out-of-town buyers, my wife and I didn't know quite what to expect, but Murray asked us a lot of questions to determine exactly what we were looking for, and guided us skillfully through the ins and outs of home buying in Christchurch. Murray is a great communicator and a real people person. He always let us know what his considerations were when recommending homes for viewing, and always made us feel in control of the process. The day we found the home that we ended up buying was one I'll never forget. I flew down from Palmerston North just to look at one home in particular. Murray met me at the airport with bad news: the viewing had been cancelled. Murray and his wife Karen (who are a great team) worked hard all day to find good options for us--and one of them was perfect! Murray's willingness and ability to work in with other agencies certainly made me feel that our needs were his top priority.
