Preet had negotiated a wonderful price for the sale of our house off market. This meant we could put an unconditional offer on a property. However we got pipped at the post. Instead of giving up Preet was right back on to finding us our perfect house and had us lined up to go through the next property. We had very specific “must haves” and Preet had his eyes and ears to the ground looking for us. We loved this new property, so then it was to get all our ducks in a row for the auction process. Preet sat us down prior to the auction and talked about how we should work the room. He made the process feel less stressful and with 4 groups bidding we still won! He never left our side and did an amazing job. We appreciate the way you helped us manoeuvre through the selling and buying process

I had not dealt with Preet prior to my enquiries about some properties for sale in Rolleston. I rung Preet from Auckland enquiring about a couple of properties. We were coming down to Chch a few days later to view some properties. Preet rung me back quickly after the first ph call and gave me info on the Rolleston market and asked if there were any other properties we would like to look at - if there were he would arrange access to them so we could view them. Preet was very accommodating, but didn't in any way try and put pressure on us to make a decision - particularly since he knew that we were in Chch for just a day and were keen to find a place. We were very interested in viewing the property on Riverstone Dr and the owner wasn't able to accommodate us at the time we wanted to view it. Preet then worked with the owner to sort out a time for us to view the property. In all of our dealings with Preet we found him to be well mannered and respectful. His communication was excellent and he was always prompt in returning ph calls and prompt in sorting out a few questions. Nothing was a hassle or a nuisance for him. He was easy to work with and we noticed how respectful he was of the owner of Riverstone Dr when we went to view it. All of the other places we viewed there was no one in the house. Well Done to Preet on his award - he thoroughly deserves it.
