I found Paula a happy bubbly & approachable person, great at relaying the facts and disclosing what was required to be relayed on behalf of the vendors wishes for the purpose of transparency. Another observed attribute is When calling Paula she answers her phone while most other agents have a voice mail which is most frustrating. When things can generally be advised, sorted or resolved in a matter of a 2 minute phone call. Because most of the time people only have a 30 minute lunch break to sort personal matters outside of their employment. Due to other commitments, meetings etc so Because of her prompt responsiveness and availability we can be rest assured she will do the same for potentual purchasers for us . As we would like to sell our home decided to have Paula complete an appraisal for our home and get her to sell it for us.
