Excellent customer service
Hayley was fantastic from start to finish whilst we were purchasing our apartment. She went over and above, dealing with our many requests(!) Hayley has a very friendly manner - she got us over the line without us ever feeling pushed, for us this is hugely important. She was super helpful - providing local contacts for building reports etc and has continued to help us even though the sale process is over - making us feel valued rather than just her ‘buyers’. We highly recommend Hayley and would definitely use her again.

We were well informed and found communication and information was excellent.
on meeting Hayley for the first time she made us feel at ease she had all the documations including council reports etc ready when we arrived at her office. On the progress of the sale which only took a few days to our amazement she had kept us informed all the way through we would highly recommend Hayley Hayward not only because she had sold our property but the professional way she operated and she worked hard and got results in the early stages of it going on the market.

Upon first impressions Alexis was welcoming. She provided knowledge of the property. I was impressed with her calm approach throughout all dealings.
