About Chris

Chris Brown comes from a farming background in Paeroa. He is married to Frances and has 2 daughters, Laura and Emily. He spent 25 years dairy farming, working in Horsham Downs, Huntly and Paeroa. Interests include motorcycling, member of Ulysses and Lions Clubs and local Anglican Church. Chris started his real estate career in 2004 for Harcourts Paeroa where he sold farms, lifestyle blocks, commercial and residential property. He gained a place in the Top 20 for the Harcourts Central Region in 2004 and 2005 and was awarded the Harcourts Gold Pin in 2006. Chris and his family moved to Cambridge in 2007 where he worked as a rural salesperson for Monarch Real Estate Ltd in the Hamilton city office for a further 11 years gaining his Diamond pin. He provides friendly, qualified, personal service to his clients whether buying or selling. July 2017 saw a move to Whangamata where he studied for and gained his Agents license and became an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. Now Managing the Whanagamta and Pauanui branches.

About Alexis

Alexis' interest in real estate sparked in her final year of high school in 2022 when she was offered the opportunity to complete work experience in the Harcourts Pauanui office one day a week. After seeing the ins and outs of real estate Alexis had her heart set on a career in real estate and after achieving NCEA Level 3 she enrolled in the New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate. While studying Alexis moved from Pauanui to Whangamata and took on the administrator role at Harcourts Whangamata. Spending time in this role gave Alexis invaluable experience and a unique understanding of the ‘behind the scenes’ world of real estate. After passing her final exam in early 2023 Alexis is now entering the world of real estate with enthusiasm. With a passion for serving the Whangamata area, Alexis is ready to help with your buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Harcourts family, Alexis carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. When Alexis isn’t in the office, she enjoys spending time reading, cooking, being creative, spending time at the beach and travelling.

Simply the best. Great way with people, communication and property knowledge.

Hayley was patient while we went through the decision process to sell. Happy to advise without pressure. Once we kicked into gear then Hayley made it happen to plan with campaign timing and great organisation. Hayley seems to have a great network and is trusted by both buyers and sellers. Hayley has now sold two houses for us and would only ever use her in the Whanga area. Would also engage Hayley if we want to search for a property in the future given her network.
