Anna was great! From the moment my husband met her he said he had a good feeling about her and felt she would be more open and honest than some of the agents we had encountered in the past. Anna is just down to earth, personable and really caring. She knows the area and could name all of our neighbours before we even moved in! Anna stuck in there even during what felt like a marathon to get everything settled and the little things like asking the vendor to do extra cleaning jobs here and there, doing extra showings so we could bring family members through and even our fantastic home welcoming gift really made a huge difference to us. We really cant say enough about our experience with Anna, she made the entire process so simple. We could tell the first time she visited our house to give us a valuation that she was extremely professional but also very personable, she asked all the right questions (that none of the others did). When it came to list/market the house she had it staged so amazingly we seriously thought about not selling. If you are looking to sell or buy then I couldn't recommend Annah enough, she's amazing.
