Due to a number of factors, I was very rushed when looking to purchase. Caleb was extremely helpful and accommodating of my needs and was able to plan multiple viewings at short notice. Once I had made an offer, I had to have multiple trades people through to give me quotes before heading away overseaes and it wasn't a problem for Caleb to meet me at the house at short notice. In September 23 David was entrusted with marketing the sale of our family property, on the basis of his profile in Ohope and sales success.
