Di was thorough from the get-go on details of the entire process and went with most of her recommendations especially as would not be in the country during the marketing and final sale date . We recently bought a house through Erin Rush and the team at Harcourts. We didn't actually meet Erin in person until settlement day but it didn't matter. The majority of our communication with Harcourts about the home and before auction day plus telephone bidding at auction was with Erin. She was always clear, calm and quick to investigate further and get back to us on anything that wasn't at her finger tips.
