We found Erin to be excellent when selling our property. The property was part of a company share and sold during a time when the market was not in favour of the seller. The particular legal requirement of selling a company share required additional expertise that we did not know about, however Erin was familiar with what was needed and worked through it on our behalf. We found Erin to be open and transparent all the way through. All of her dealings with us as the seller, and what we saw of the dealings with the buyers all seemed to be honest and ethical. Erin and her team were always available. We would use Erin again if the opportunity arises.
