He also sticked to his deadline as well within the 4 weeks when the property was going to be advertised on the market. He was just a fantastic person do deal with, he also worked in within my time and schedule and came over my place for meetings and singing documents when it was convinced to me. Layne was passionate about selling our property. This was not an easy sell as we did not have the best builders report to make this easy. I think most real estate agents would have only given token effort to make the sale once we found out the challenges to sell. However, Layne ran open homes every weekend over the months it took to sell. Layne also conducted private viewings during the week and even over public holidays. She 'had a nose' for interested parties, and kept in touch with them which resulted in a sale from a person who visited the property months before the sale. She worked hard for this sale and I would highly recommend Layne for anyone who is in the market to sell their property. Would highly recommend!
