No Bullshit
Rather than spend a lot of time trumpeting his own abilities or trying to convince me he's the only agent who can do the job Roger prefers to talk about the local market, which he clearly understands thoroughly. It's not an easy time to sell, and I found Roger to be realistic in his appraisal of what could be achieved. He worked hard trying to negotiate an improvement on the first offer, and there was no pressure to hurry me into a sale for the sake of getting a deal done when the final figure fell short. Another buyer has since emerged with a substantially stronger offer, and we've concluded a smooth transaction with no fuss. I'm very satisfied with his knowledge, communication and professionalism. We have a very good result.

Good result Thanks Lyndie
I became impatient when I listed with Lyndie and took the listing to another agency after a few months. What I didn’t realise was Lyndie was doing her best to sell for the highest price and I needed to be patient and let the lady do her job. Later after being disappointed with the new agent I re listed with Lyndie and the solid branding of Harcourts and It’s wasn’t long until the right buyer was found. Good results don’t always come easy. Thanks Lyndie we got there in the end!

Rodger has done all he could under the circumstances.
Unfortunately the market had gone flat when we started our sale. Rodger had open homes just about every week-end but if there are no buyers nothing happens. Despite that he persisted with open homes and we did try a few new angels, but nothing. After well over a year, we decided we needed a clean start so we took the house off the market and tried a bit later with a different agent to give the sale a fresh look. Just bad luck.
