We recently sold our Waipu property with Roger King, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Roger was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome. What really stood out, however, was how far he went beyond the typical expectations of a real estate agent. Throughout the process, Roger was incredibly proactive and helpful. He assisted with liaising with neighbours regarding boundary queries, helped coordinate the relocation of cabins that had inadvertently been placed slightly over the boundary line, and was always willing to help solve problems as they arose. He even went as far as providing contacts for local tradespeople, including a washing machine repair technician when we needed one.
