Ray would be the best agent we have dealt with over many years. He has a vast knowledge of the market with many years of experience. Communication skills are with out doubt one of his strongest points. Would always contact us very smartly after an open home or a single viewing to report the outcome. Also got a weekly progress reports on interest in the property. Always followed up with viewers / potential purchasers looking for feed back and likely interest going forward.
