When we were house hunting, before we had gone on the market, Ray recommended us to Team Ritchie from Harcourts to sell our home, who worked in our area. They were absolutely amazing and sold our house in a month. So, we were hunting for a new home, every night searching the internet, and every weekend open homing, and, as fate would have it, that cycled us back to Ray. We were looking to downsize for retirement. Ray contacted us and said he had looked at our current home listing and thought we might like a new one he had on in Waikanae.
