The land we purchased at auction took nearly 2.5 years for Title to be issued. We had a house full of clutter and it needed to be cleared and then a reasonable amount of work done before we could list it. We didn’t live locally so Jayne was awesome with helping us by meeting subcontractors, giving us good advice, identifying ways we could save cash and always being available when we needed to talk with her. She’s very proactive and in the end sold our place after a week on the market for over BEO in a very sluggish market. We were very happy.

Jenny has been my choice of agent for some time, as she has always made the effort to keep in touch, and was helpful and supportive when I previously considered selling. When I actually sold this year, it turned into a long drawn out process due to circumstances outside our control. Jenny was excellent at keeping in touch and looking for ways to expedite the process effectively and as quickly as it was possible under the awkward circumstances.
