Our experience with Team Ledger was absolutely seamless. From the initial meeting to agreeing to sell with them, we were kept informed and regularly updated with weekly interest reports and phone calls. From beginning to end, we felt important and knew we were in good hands. The photos, 3D tour, drone footage and general marketing all turned out amazing. The Team gave us really good advice in terms of what we could do to improve the value of our property as well as advice on the best method of sale. We ended choosing to sell via Auction which was a great experience and paid off as we sold at the top end of our expectation.
