In the event, only one open home was held and you included me in the decision to cancel the other two planned open homes which were unnecessary due to the current market conditions. You also kept me well informed with regular updates and information before the sale went through. The outcome was the best I could have hoped for. Not only did the purchase price of my house exceed my expectations but the fact that a family (with children much the same age as ours were when we moved in to 5 Kukupa Grove fifty years ago) will hopefully enjoy our family home as much as we did has given me much pleasure. Right from the start the team have been amazing once again. Tanya and Anne were at our house an hour before photos making kids beds, then setting up staging they had brought themselves just for the photos. Communication throughout the process was great, and viewings were as pain free as a family with young kids could ask for.
