Anna Skeer the Gem!
Thankful for Anna Skeer helping us find our first home in Turangi. Knew what our wishlist was and found the best house that met our needs. Got way more house than we expected which was a bonus! Anna went above and beyond constantly keeping us up to date from day 1 till settlement date and still keeps in touch ensuring everything is going well. Process between Anna and our lawyers etc was fast and proactive. We honestly didn't expected this process to go so quick. Happy we have a place to call our own. Would recommend Anna for anyone looking for their first home. She is definitely a gem especially being very accommodating with your schedule with work and kids. Professional and personable
We couldn’t rate Anna more highly than excellent in all respects. Her communication skills are top class- prompt responses to requests/questions from us from us as sellers to either emails or phone calls; she expresses herself concisely and clearly in emails and follows through on commitments. From the get go we felt confident that if anyone could see us through to a successful sale she and Seth would. There were no false promises just clear comments on realities and a determination to secure what we had requested. We were made fully aware of what steps would follow once a sale looked likely and the liaison with us over buyer requests and what we hoped for around distribution of chattels was carefully and sensitively handled by Anna. She is clearly a very busy agent but she never lost focus on selling our property and much of the successful sale was due to Anna’s diligence. attention to detail and personable manner.

AMAZING KNOWLEDGE
Anna was an awesome agent to have dealt with. We thought we knew what we were looking for but as Anna asked more and more questions about what it was that made us tick and those things most important to us, she started to show us some houses that we had not even initially thought of entertaining and guess what... SHE WAS RIGHT! We ended up purchasing a home that we never even gave a second glance because of the due-dillegence that Anna did. Highly recommend.
