Seth Fasher

Thank you Seth for everything you did for this on this sale. You bring an essence very rare these days - kindness and decency. You are a down to earth human being, an extremely hard worker, so gracious with your time, providing enough knowlegde and so much patience every step of the way; and through it all you were so professional! I wouldn't have done it any other way. I am so glad our paths crossed. I am grateful for all the advice, your intelligence and your skills!! Thank you again!

The moment Seth received our second offer, he phoned us and arranged the contract with them as a backup. He has good knowledge of the district and an enthusiastic nature. He has good vision as to what can be achieved with some alterations to the house or section with the clients. We would recommend him to others

Seth worked hard for us to sell our home after some time on the market. He negotiated excellent conditions and settlement time and had excellent communication skills. He is very professional and we would recommend him to other prospective customers.

Big thank you for all your help finding our new house all your time and effort we all Appreciate it. Thank you very much and Happy New year.

This is our 2nd time dealing with Seth in real estate and he is such a easy person to trust and deal with. Incredibly kind and respectful and kept us informed the whole way through the process. We have made a friend for life...not just a sale!

We had a fantastic experience selling our property with the help of Seth, who worked alongside Anna Skeer. From the outset, Seth made the process easy and straightforward, managing everything remotely since we’re based in Auckland. Seth kept us up to date with regular weekly communication, so we always felt informed and supported. His hard work and attention to detail helped us secure a strong offer, and we were able to settle just a few weeks after signing the sale and purchase agreement. Seth’s professionalism and commitment made the sale process smooth and stress-free. His approachable manner and focus on achieving the best result for us really stood out. We would happily recommend Seth to anyone looking for a dedicated and effective real estate agent.
