Our sales outcome started with a knock on the door some three years prior. Priyani was looking for prospective sellers and recorded their responses and offered to keep in touch. Getting closer to the thought of selling, Priyani responded with advice to creating colour in our garden, decluttering and became the general motivator to "getting things done". I learned that there was a lot to learn about presenting one's home for sale. She arranged for the auctioneer to visit and put us at ease with some concerns we may have had (proactive). The choice to use Priyani was unlike some agents with a more passive approach, Priyani pushed hard at every opportunity based upon her goal of a sale. When she identified something new to her or was unsure, she knew how to seek advice and get back to us. Business like and professional, yes. We were kept informed and updated throughout the process. Priyani had a buyer for the area and our property suited. Two other companies had been our preference but what matters is who is putting in the effort at the right time and getting the results.
