Priyani was helpful with the purchase of our first home. Buying a house for the first time is never easy, but I would say that it was an exciting and fun adventure, and we will never forget the efforts that everyone made towards this sale. We went to the open home on a rainy day. Priyani was very enthusiastic about explaining the house to us. The material, the indoor and outdoor living area, where and when the vendor renovated/maintained the parts. And she was honest about the problems - when the vendor asked someone to maintain the gutter, a corner of the roof was damaged and it will be restored to its original form. All these little things added our good feeling of her. We could feel that she was not hiding anything and trying her best to help us to understand the house. We have made our 1st negotiation offer of our lives after viewing the house, Priyani and Mehaul guided us through the process, and we got a much better understanding of the whole process, which was a perfect way to learn.
