Barb. To start with she has a kind and good heart and is highly passionate about her profession, very knowledgeable. As I was new to this property-buying market the way she guided me step by step and was patient enough to answer all my silly questions about buying. Personally, she guided me like her Son. Gave me genuine advice and maintained a very good bond between seller and buyer. And by giving me some suggestions which helped me save some $$$ during the whole process of buying.
