Great experience
Ben had the price right as it sold in 7 days and was 30k more than what other agents had recommended as a list price. He was great to talk to, no smoke and mirrors. He negotiated to bring the price up for me and gave me confidence that I was in good hands. It was all too easy. I believe he is honest and is working for me to achieve a good result. I bought and sold this house with Ben and I would only use Ben in this area. Happy days

persistence paid off!
After listing the property in Dec 2021, the market has hit a low and it has been tough to obtain finance. However, Barb stuck with it for over 2.5 years and has finally found a purchaser and closed the deal at a reasonable price in Aug 2023. Thanks Barb for your persistence and believe in us!
