We recently engaged Mana Tai to assist with the sale of a work property and I cannot rate the experience highly enough. Mana was actively communicative, reassuring and easy to work with. He has a relaxed manner but was highly professional at all times. We received all the documentation required in a timely fashion and Mana proactively worked for a successful sale for us. As a somewhat novice property seller I felt the process ran smoothly and was stress free. I was acting on behalf of a group of Trustees and as a busy person myself I valued Mana making the experience as simple and straightforward as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending both Mana and Mitch to other interested sellers.

We met Mitch when we previously tried to purchase this property five years prior to us actually settling. The Vendor was difficult, it was a very challenging and frustrating purchase but Mitch was calm, pro active and we always felt like he understood our point of view. Fast. Forward five years after no contact from the Vendor with Mitch and he then told us she was really ready to sell. We got our dream home, at a fair price and it would not have been possible without his patience and incredible skill at negotiating in stressful circumstances. He was naturally working for his client the vendor but as sellers we felt very confident in the advice he gave. We cannot recommend his Professionalism and sense of humour when either or both was required. Thanks so much The Whyte family
