If you're looking for an agent with an extremely high work ethic, heaps of energy and a passion for real estate, combined with a lot of local knowledge and a strong morale compass, then Keni is the best option we can recommend. We sold in a tough, winter market and Keni got us a price we were very happy with. He's a sharp judge of character and we found he was quick to identify and foster the best prospects while also identifying the time wasters. 3 months of open homes every weekend and he never missed a show.

Geoffrey was excellent and very accommodating in every respect when dealing with him in our recent property purchase in Merivale , Christchurch. His knowledge of the local market and types of properties available was first class . I could not rate Geoffrey’s help highly enough , he even offered to pick us up from the airport after journey down from Nelson .
