Honest & up front from the start which we appreciated - although in hindsight think we were over sold the value of the property, so expectation were high going into the market. Would not recommend putting on the market before going on a holiday where you travel around quite a bit as found it difficult to print off documents for signing countersigning etc. We also felt that we could have got more guidance when it come to the negotiation stage as felt like Mary-Louise left us to her team to handle the final stage of the process. In saying that they did a good job, but would have been nice to end with the agent we started with as that was the main reason we went with this realestae agency.
