Friendly, professional service
Anita and her team of amazing agents are professional, friendly, understanding and kind. One area I find frustrating with purchasing property is the pressure and lack of respect given by some agents. Anita and Toni we're understanding of my situation, gave me time to process and find the right property for me... The whole process has been enjoyable, a time that can be very stressful was made comfortable having these two women involved and for that I am grateful. I found my perfect home and with huge thanks to Anita and Toni for their time and kindness.

Great communication and negotiation skills
Anita and Kieran kept us informed with timely notes of open homes and weekly updates. They are great listeners and communicators. We're particularly impressed with Kieran's negotiation skills, who was able to get three offers on our house at the same time. We will not hesitate to use them again for the next property sale.

Anita took time to understand my needs snd provide rationale for sale methods being used. Nothing was too much trouble for her or her team. I was always kept informed and the What's App was brillant for this Would highly recommend her to future buyers. A sale was achieved in challenging circumstances at a realistic price

Reason why they are No 1 on the Hibiscus Coast
Anita, Kieran and the whole team (inc Cara) behind them offered great communication, advice on how to price your house, marketing proposals and regular feedback from open homes and enquiries. They helped take the stress away in the ever changing housing market. There is reason why they are No 1 in the Hibiscus Coast Area, absolutely no regrets and would recommended them as your Real Estate Agent.

Excellent 10* Service
We found Anita, Kieran and team professional and alive with a serious focus on delivering. Through all the stages of the selling cycle we felt confident and looked after. What made the experience less hassle was they had just the right people on their team in the right jobs! This is a rarity to find such a dynamic team that has obviously been fine tuned over many years of sales. The fees were absolutely great value for the service we received heaps better than other competitors! What else was also on point was the attention to detail with the listing when first marketed - Cara was super proficient with this and providing progress updates throughout the campaign. The additional mid week private viewings that were generated were plentiful and Sandra really worked hard at this. We are so appreciative to find such an awesome team that actually works hard and doesn’t snooze on the job. Anita and Kieran were both fantastic to deal with and we recommend these guys to anyone that wants to sell their house. We were really impressed with the instant updates received after any viewings or open homes. Great communication and commitment to get the job done
Anita and Kieran are great at what they do. They are genuine people who tell it how it is and work tirelessly to get the job done. They worked through the difficulty of showing our home during covid-19 times and always with a smile on their faces and never made us feel silly with our million and one questions. We are very thankful to both of them for achieving great results during difficult times. Highly recommend them to anyone selling (or buying).

Great attitude and personality
