It was such a pleasure working we Gareth. We were admittedly not prepared or expecting to find a property we fell in love with. Well, that is exactly what happened. As a result, we were not as prepared as we should have been. Gareth was so patient and accommodating and made the process a breeze. On top of that, he is just a good guy. He even spent time colouring with our toddler while we viewed the property in more detail. Multiple times!
