From the beginning to the end of the purchasing process, Enrique really stood out as one of the most down to earth and effective agents I've ever dealt with in my experience of buying and selling homes. He took time to listen to my position and respect where I saw the property's value, and I never felt like I was being pressured to go beyond my budget. Enrique also respected my time and space when I was out of the country on holiday and did not contact me at a time when he was under pressure from the vendors to do so. I very much appreciated that, and was ultimately what got me back to the table when I returned home.

From the get go Gareth was always on time, communication was excellent, he never made you feel rushed or that he did not have time for you and his market knowledge and use of technology was up to date and extensive. Open home times and feedback where communicated easily and efficiently through What's App by both him and Tarun Arora. Auction Day came which resulted in a 3.5 hour negotiation and at all times we felt supported and not pressured by Gareth and the team. It was a masterclass of professionalism and diplomacy which resulted in the sale of our home after 23 days on the market. We were very nervous sellers who were moving from a humble piece of paradise and worried about giving up our first home and things we loved. Anita, Katherine and the team were consistently patient and guided us through the selling process. They were professional and honest with us. When things got a little tense with lawyers getting picky they were quick to respond and solve problems, going out of their way late at night to contact our buyer who was overseas. They took the time to explain the process every step of the way whenever we asked. We really felt that we were in competent, safe hands to sell our property. We struggled to let our property go but had the best team around us to make it happen. This is a fantastic team of agents and I highly recommend them.
