Dear Amanda, Thank you so very, very much for guiding our unaware feet to a new house in this unusual market, and selling our old one. Without you, we would really have been floundering, and still homeless. You not only came up with that very rare beast, a great house but secured it for us at warp speed! We know you're a quick worker, but that was miraculous. We are amazed by our good fortune to have a lovely house to go to, but most of all, to have you as our agent. We hadn't realised how tightly wound we'd become until we signed the agreement. Now we feel rather more human we're even more aware of how you guided us and supported us through the whole buying and selling process, and how much easier it was with your friendly presence. The process must be so much more stressful if you can't be friends with your agent! And if you aren't lucky enough to have one who works so hard for her clients. No one could possibly have done more to help us. I skimmed through the ads today - just because I didn't have to - and I think that our new property must have been one of the last new listings We would never have been able to buy it if you hadn't been so quick to get us to look at it and put in an offer.
