We were recommended Lisa by a colleague, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better agent. From the beginning, Lisa was so down to earth, pragmatic and personable. She has an obvious knowledge of the market, but what we really appreciated was that she took the time to understand what we wanted rather than simply telling us how she thought we should sell. I told Lisa from the outset that my dream was to sell our home off-market and avoid the stress of open homes if possible. She listened, went away and used her database to find us the perfect buyer just as we were preparing for photos. Right from the start, Lisa showed compassion and care as we asked her to sell our Mum’s home after she passed away. We knew Mum would have wanted Lisa to do this as Lisa had already sold and supported our Mum and Dad with a number of homes over the years, and Lisa had regularly popped in for a coffee and catch up with Mum over the years after our Dad had passed away.
