About this property

Homes like this don't come along often. Lovingly held by the same family for 26 years, this 1960's wooden beauty sits proudly in one of Frankton's most coveted pockets - a peaceful, sun-soaked enclave that has been cherished by holidaymakers and locals for generations. There's something immediately comforting about this home - the gleam of rimu floors underfoot, the sturdy stone fireplace at its heart, the soft glow of sunlight pouring through timber-framed windows. With views that sweep across Lake Whakatipu's Frankton Arm to The Remarkables and Queenstown Hill, it's the kind of home that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel right at ease. Set on a flat, private section with established trees and space to spread out, there's room here for long lunches under the cherry tree, children playing on the lawn, or simply basking in the late afternoon light as birds dart through the garden. Two sets of French doors connect the indoors and out, capturing the essence of relaxed alpine living for every

Thanks team

I’d like to thank Kirsty for her timely responses throughout the process. While the vendor hadn’t moved out the day before settlement, Adam and Kristy was quite helpful on both the day before and on settlement day. He also allowed me to do a pre-settlement inspection at 8:00am, which helped things go smoothly. Overall, everything went well.

Outstanding service, professionalism and communication delivered with knowledge and a smile

To say that Kirsty, Adam and Ursula exceeded all expectations is to undersell their professionalism, expertise, and communication skills. From the moment Kirsty came into our house she exuded understanding and support of our desire to downsize, took time to evaluate the 'look and feel' and appeal of our property, and provided invaluable advice as to upgrades we could carry out to tick all the boxes for the widest possible range of potential buyers. The initial assessment of what our home would sell for, a very aspirational figure as far as we were concerned, proved out to be spot on accurate (and at the higher end of the scale!) Open homes attracted record numbers of buyers and private viewing numbers were impressive, worth saying yes to all the opportunities to present a 'show home ready' property. Their hard work delivered a number of bidders at auction and we were thrilled with the end result, to say the least. Impressive on all counts.
