Contacted Mark after house was listed for 4 months to get some advice. There was no pressure from him but decided to give it crack with his agency as the previous one expired and was getting ready to list as a rental. Mark and his team mate David presented an offer a week later which eventuated in the sale so couldn't have worked out better. They provided weekly updates which was very helpful as I did not receive much comms from my previous agent and had no idea what was going on sometimes. They were a very easy team to deal with and would be happy to work with them again in the future.
