Given the historical nature of the property he understood the need for the Vendors to feel comfortable that the next Custodians for the property i.e. the Purchasers would be people that were sympathetic to both the property and the in situ Custodians. Corey really looked for a true match for Purchaser, Vendor and the historical house.
