Corey was very clear with all communications and obviously worked very hard with the Vendors to secure them a very fair and reasonable price. Given the historical nature of the property he understood the need for the Vendors to feel comfortable that the next Custodians for the property i.e. the Purchasers would be people that were sympathetic to both the property and the in situ Custodians. Corey really looked for a true match for Purchaser, Vendor and the historical house. Corey dealt with integrity throughout the deal and has kept us totally abreast of everything about the property including full disclosures of potential changes in the neighborhood going forward.
