Caroline was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We required a great deal of assistance preparing our property for auction. Caroline coordinated everything from staging the property with beautiful furniture, arranging gardening, cleaning to having all paperwork prospective purchasers required in order to be fully informed and complete their due diligence prior to auction. The property was marketed and presented as its very best. We found Caroline to be extremely experienced about the local market. I have no hesitation in recommending Mike Rollo of Harcourts. Mike has been a consummate professional reassuring us at each stage of the sales process. He promised me as EPA for my sister living in NZ, that he would look after her while her home in NZ was being sold. He was as good as his word supporting her throughout a long and complex sales cycle. He even managed the clearance of her house taking time out to load the rubbish skip himself!
