Your very high level of customer focus meant that there were never any issues... and we always felt very well supported by a professional and dedicated team who understood our perspective. The opportunity to use your covered trailer was also another stress reducer... thank you. PS... one thing about buying in a new street is that computerised systems are not always up to speed. When trying to get a courier delivery to 13 Lynette Place, Pauanui... it became just too hard (so I had it sent to my old address). It insisted that the only 13 Lynette Place was in Mangere Auckland... and clearly this tricks Real Estate Agents too... Katie, if you have a look at your request for me to complete the survey form... the house I bought through you folk was in 13 Lynette Place, Mangere, Auckland. I've got to say that I am very very happy with where my 13 Lynette Place is actually located. Two jobs extremely well done, thanks Harcourts girls!!!! Thank you... Kathryn and David
