We had Gavin Faulke for the agent of our first sale. He was absolutely professional, incredibly pragmatic and helpful, nothing was a problem, great clear concise communicator - absolutely no fluff or emotional wordiness. And he did an amazing job and scored a brilliant sale. Possibly one of your very best agents. This was our first house sale. We chose Gavin because of his highly professional approach and his ability to communicate clearly and concisely about the types of sale processes available to us in regards to suiting our expectations. Throughout the process Gavin was excellent at keeping us informed and supporting us to complete legalities and timelines. His feedback on the progress of open homes and possibly buyers feedback kept us up to date regularly.
