Coming into this house selling experience things had changed since selling our last house 26 years earlier. Leanne spent the time explaining the selling process. She talked about today's housing market, asked our expectations and gave us confidence that we had chosen the correct agent to sell our family home. We asked several questions during the selling process and at no time were we made to feel uncomfortable about the questions that we asked. We were given an explanation as to why or how we should proceed. Leanne's communication skills are simply superb. Ask a question and you get an answer. Have an open home and you have the comments / feedback back to you that night. No waiting and wondering what was happening. Leanne set up a "what's app" for the daily communication. It made it easy for her to ask a question and get the answer for her client viewing the property at the viewing time if she didn't know the answer, and also for us to ask Leanne questions. From the start we knew that each week we would be having a meeting to be advised of the interest, viewing numbers, price ranges talked about by viewers and as time went on, the number of interested parties. Leanne has a fun and happy personality which makes talking to her really easy, but also has a very professional attitude to her work. Open homes she was always early, ready to set up and to greet the people coming through. She gave her advice as to how the home should look and things to be removed from benches etc. Leanne had a marketing plan for our home that we were very, very happy with. But we could have change if we wanted. She explained to us why she was keen to use the method that she had suggested, and our end result proved that Leanne was correct. We have no hesitation highly recommending Leanne as she gets results for her clients. Leanne is totally professional, honest and has a fantastic system that works.
