Gavin was a logical choice for us when it came time to sell our home of 23 years. He came highly recommended by friends and family who had bought and sold with him previously, and they really only had praise for their experiences with him. These are some things we appreciated most in our dealings with Gavin (and his PA Claudine) A very accurate knowledge of the current market and Gavin’s ability to convey that to us as the vendors in a honest and thoughtful way. Both Gavin and Claudine have excellent people skills, they were always so friendly, honest and approachable, plus they were very punctual for Open Homes and meetings and for answering our queries. We also really enjoyed receiving the weekly campaign summaries, and felt this was an excellent feature provided to vendors to keep your finger on the pulse of how the marketing was going.
