We have just sold a property in Paraparaumu and Doug Palmer of Harcourts was our real estate agent. We went on the market in April 2022 just when the market was on the downturn. Doug very successfully managed the sales process resulting in the house being settled in June 2022 for a price we consider to be very good in the market at that time. We can’t recommend Doug highly enough. At all times he was very professional in his dealings and his communication with us right through the process was excellent. It was a difficult time to be selling but he handled the sale extremely well resulting in a positive outcome. His many years of experience showed through and he set our expectations to the right level. He provided us with sensible practical guidance on how to market the house and what we should do to present the property in the best light.
