We had a quirky house to sell in a difficult and falling market. We found Tyler (and his partner Jordan) to be direct and highly ethical with a communication style that is honest but "street-smart" in negotiation. Without fail they were punctual and always available in person or via phone/email. Tyler was extremely responsive to any questions we had or advice we needed during the sale period. Their experience shone through when it came to dealing with the many issues in what proved to be a complex sale and purchase situation. Every detail that arose, no matter how small, was dealt with promptly and correctly. This meant that we were able to make our decisions with confidence and security. We enjoyed their humour and had lots of fun moments along the way, leaving us with a pair of new friends.
