Magno knows his market well, he lives and breathes the Kapiti Coast which is why we choose him to market our property which we had an emotional connection to given the longevity of owning is this community. We were selling as not returning to the community and to secure another beach home. He understood our needs, helped finding tradespeople, given were not in town and worked alongside the purchaser to ensure he secured the sale. Being a salesperson in another region for 28 years we researched who we thought would have the grit to work through the sale process from preparation for sale until SOLD. The title says it all! We have had a few experiences of buying and selling, but we can honestly say that NONE of them were even 'in the zone' as Tyler Briggs! From our first meeting with him, (at another open home), he was warm, friendly and professional, and extremely helpful. We were originally going with other estate agents, but due to this, we changed at the last minute- and we are SO glad that we did. Tyler is part of a team, (The Good Guys), and although the team signed us up, his partner headed off to Europe get married at the beginning of our campaign, (lucky him!), and Tyler managed absolutely everything for us. He was (and I cannot stress this enough!) AMAZING! He was literally available at all hours, (I asked him when he slept!), for any inquiry, no matter how small. He walked us through everything in such a kind and professional way, he is such a humble guy, and very genuine. He was supportive through what can be a nerve wracking time, and always shared the feedback with us in a prompt and respectful way. He has gone out of his way to show us other properties at the drop of a hat when asked, and more importantly- got us SOLD in three weeks on auction day! We would never even have considered auction for our property! We cannot thank him enough, or recommend him highly enough- this guy is pure GOLD, and really does care, and really does go the extra mile- without complaint, with always a smile, and reassurance, and is just genuinely one of 'The GOOD Guys!'
