Craig was the first one to make contact with me about our house. Craig was so friendly and funny updating me by text what was sold around our area. Craig was never pushy or pressured me into selling our house he understood our situation and was very caring. I remember Craig saying “it’s all about timing Fale and he was right. That’s why we wanted him to sell our house when it was time. Craig made it fun but professional too. One of the things we loved about Craig was his honesty and integrity when we asked for his opinion he would give it to us straight and we appreciated him for that.We found Craig very professional and has a lot of knowledge of the market and experience he knows a lot about South Auckland so we felt we were well informed . He always made us feel important checking in with us always made himself available. Communication was a key factor with Craig he would follow up on stuff we needed to know about explained things so clear and simple to understand. We loved the way he and Shelza worked together as a tag team through our open homes and looking at houses He always looked smart professional and engaged he never looked stressed or tired which gave us peace through out our journey.
