Met Raj in our first home viewing which we really did not like. After that Raj got in touch and tried to understand our situation, the conditions we had and our personal requirements. like other agents we did not get any unnecessary calls from him. He made sure he only looked for houses that we would be interested in and arranged viewing according to our time. Just within 6 weeks we found a house suitable for us and Raj made sure we had a good understanding of the process and requirements, it felt more like he was buying the house together with us. With his friendly approach and step by step guidance, we went through the process of auction. He made sure we stayed within our budget and got what we were really looking for.
