Amazing communication, very professional team.

Lance made it easy.....
Lance McFarlane did all he could to make selling my home easy. It was a new experience for me and he stepped me through the process in a way that made it an easy journey. He knew I had a dog and accommodated that for me in a way that took the pressure off me. Even to the point of turning up to be present while a building inspection report was conducted even though I didn't need that. Lance packaged the property in such a great way that I had interested buyers and offers before the first open home. I would fully recommend using Lance as your real estate agent for both buying or selling. Thanks Lance.

Thorough knowledge of the property market, prompt and timely communication, 100% professional!
We have known Belinda since 2016 when we brought a rental investment in Papamoa through her. We remember Belinda being very approachable and friendly in the 2016 transaction. So, it was a no brainer for us to approach Belinda to sell 10 Aldermen Ave this time. Belinda provided us with an appraisal & we made a quick decision to sell at an agreed price. Belinda also helped to identify areas in the house that needed sprucing up a bit and also helped to coordinate the timing for the marketing photo shoot with the Harcourts property Manager, Kim Johnston (another star in the Harcourts Team). Belinda also worked with the tenants' schedules & convenience for open homes. Our house was sold within 72 hours of the listing going live! As an added bonus, the sell price was markedly above our expectations. We are grateful to Belinda for getting our house sold so quickly.
